- Account information: your name, email, phone number, password, and (for realtors) license number, brokerage, bio, and profile photo.
- Listings and bookings: services you create or book, messages you exchange, scheduling details, and reviews you write.
- Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage data: basic technical information such as device, browser, and pages visited, used to operate and improve the service.
How we use your information
- To provide the marketplace: create accounts, list and book services, process payments, and enable messaging.
- To verify realtor licenses and maintain trust and safety.
- To send transactional messages (booking confirmations, account notices) and respond to your requests.
- To improve, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How we share information
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service:
- Between users: when you book or message, relevant details are shared with the other party to complete the transaction.
- Service providers: vendors who help us operate, such as payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and hosting, under appropriate confidentiality terms.
