How do I book a service?
Browse services or realtors, open the service you want, and click Book This Service. You'll pick a date and time from the realtor's availability and confirm, all in a few minutes.
How do I pay?
Each service has a flat, upfront price set by the realtor. You pay that price when you book. There's no percentage-based commission.
What if I can't find the service I need?
Post a request describing what you need and your budget, and licensed realtors can send you quotes to compare.
Can I message a realtor before booking?
Yes. Once you have an account you can message realtors through the platform to ask questions before you commit.
For realtors
How do I list my services?
Create a realtor account, complete your profile, and add service listings with a title, description, flat price, and photos. Your services appear in search and on your public profile.
How do I get verified?
Add your California DRE license number to your profile. Our team reviews it, and once approved you'll display a DRE Verified badge that links to your public license record.
How do I get paid?
Bookings and payouts are managed through the platform. Connect your payout account from your dashboard to receive funds for completed work.
Can I feature a listing?
Verified realtors can promote a limited number of listings into Featured placement across the marketplace from the service management area of their dashboard.

How do I update my account or password?
Open your dashboard and go to Account to update your name, contact details, photo, or password.
Are the realtors really licensed?
Yes. Every realtor holds a California DRE license, and verified realtors carry a badge linking to their public DRE record. Learn more on our License Verification page.
